Carry On Again Doctor (UK, 1969)

The plot: Sent to a desolated island for his bad behaviour at the hospital, young Dr Nookey (Dale) witnesses the potency of a serum prepared by the local witch doctor, Gladstone Screwer (James). Injected daily for a week it gets rid of all surplus weight. Nookey returns home with his "discovery" to open a weight loss clinic and make a fortune, attracting the jealousy of his former colleagues (Williams, Hawtrey) who infiltrate the clinic to try and steal the formula.

Note: A white 1967 Barracuda (A-body) is seen parked in front of the Dr Nookey's private clinic.
